Mindvalley’s Quest for Personal Mastery Reviews and User Testimonials

“Srikumar has a wealth of knowledge & wisdom”
There are two nuggets from Srikumar that have positively influenced my life.
The first is “Good thing, bad thing, who knows?” I find myself using this more & more frequently. What it really does, is question our belief system & keeps our emotions in check. Rather than judging something or someone, it opens our minds to acceptance and forgiveness. That’s really powerful!
The second is “Invest in the process, not the outcome.” It’s important to set our intentions for what we want and to enjoy the feeling of having it, but we must take action and embrace the journey towards manifesting those things & experiences. […] An investment in the journey (or process) is an investment in perpetual happiness and abundance.

“Thank you Mindvalley for your ability to clearly and intelligently communicate these profound life changing concepts.”
There have been many lovely parts to this quest. I have made some new far -away-friends and each morning, our day is greeted by the lyrical sounds of Srikumar S. Rao’s Voice. This paradigm shift has made all the difference in my life and now it has been solidified for my husband who I was dragging along in my journey until he heard this intelligent view of what I have been pursuing. Thank you Mindvalley for your ability to clearly and intelligently communicate these profound life changing concepts
“He teaches many valuable lessons which can dramatically shift your relationships with work, family, friends, and even your spiritual outlook.”
Just listening to him and being with him on the Quest was calming and peaceful. He has such a gentle presence and wisdom about him that is inspiring. Each day he gives you valuable lessons to deal with and think about and even though the videos are not very long, the impact is amazing. The questions he poses take time to digest and think about and I was writing in my journal for the class every day. Some of the valuable lessons I learned were the mental models I carry around and also how I label things good or bad, right or wrong, this or that without thinking them through.
He teaches many valuable lessons which can dramatically shift your relationships with work, family, friends, and even your spiritual outlook. He encourages you to notice and observe and invest in the process and not the outcome and to maximize impact every day to move you towards your ideal life. I am currently working through all of the lessons for the second time and am finding, even more, value than before. This is an amazing quest and one that I would recommend for everyone pursuing an amazing and productive life.
