Today, it’s best if you have some props ready. You’ll need 2-pound weights and a resistance loop. If you don’t have a resistance loop, you can use a resistance band by tying it into a circle like I’m showing here. If you don’t have any of these, please still join us! This is still an incredibly effective exercise with or without them.
