COMBINE MINDFULNESS AND DRAWING – no previous art experience or ability is needed, and everyone is welcome! Learn how to relax and be aware of what you are actually seeing and feeling in the present moment, uncluttered by concepts of what you think things look like or being concerned about producing a good picture. With this mindfulness, we will explore ways of translating what we see into expressive marks on paper in a simple, fun and uncontrived way. WHAT IS MINDFULNESS? Mindfulness is the practice of learning to be in the here and now, present to and aware of what is happening with our five senses, thoughts and feelings in a gentle, accepting way.
