Core Crush Workout with Christine Bullock


Today’s workout is a “Core Crush.” It’s 10 minutes long with no props. This is one of my favorite workouts! You’re going to love it! You’ll start to sweat, but that just means you’re doing it right.

We’ll start off with planks. Then we’ll work on some back obliques, otherwise known as “love handles.” Further, we’ll work on all the abs here. Our core moves will not only your 6-pack abs, but your transverse abs which enhance your physique and protect your back!
