Sculpt, tone, lengthen and strengthen a beautiful physique with this innovative Ballet inspired bootcamp from Christine Bullock. First off, I want to say that you shouldn’t worry if you have zero ballet experience. This workout can still be for you! The truth is that if you participate, you’re going to get some great toning out of it. So, let’s get started!

We’re going to do Grand Plies today. This may sound intimidating, but don’t get too scared yet. If you can do squats, you can do these. The main difference with our first ones is the way you place your feet, which I’ll be helping you with here. This will really work the outer thighs.
