Have fun with this 30-minute express barre class. For this workout all you’ll need is gliders, and a bar or chair for balance. Jackie takes you through this free 30-minute barre workout and motivates you the whole time. In this class we will take minimal breaks to get us through each exercise but please make sure you take your breaks when needed. Jackie starts by warming you up, and then starts the bar fun using the light weights and bar!

Barre classes are a powerful combination of rhythm, fluidity, and fire. She’ll help you sculpt and tone muscles, boost your endurance, and find a new level of strength, all while cheering you on along the way!
