Meditation Evening – First thursday of every month. Time – 7.30 to 9pm When you can master the mind, success, happiness and prosperity will follow. Meditation develops the neutral (meditative) mind, promotes a sense of well-being, inner peace, stability and calm. It is highly effective at resolving core issues and reducing stress related habits. Using the principles of Kundalini Yoga meditation; mantras, mudras, breathing and focus, this is a very powerful form of meditation. Cost – £8
